• How long is the show?
  You and your family will won’t want the fun to end, but even though the entire experience is about 120 minutes, the memories will last forever…and ever! You may be on the edge of your seat the whole time – except for snack breaks during a 15-20 minute intermission.
• Does lucky International Circus feature any special effects during the show?
  Well, of course! The show is full of dazzling special effects that treat the senses and push the limits of possibility. Even though you’ll see plenty of special effects, the talent, feats and awe you’ll experience are 100% real. Visual thrills are made with safe theatrical fog, strobe lights and fire manipulation. We recommend contacting Customer Service for specific details about the show you are attending.
• What do I do if I have wellness-related questions?
  Guest health and safety remains a top priority forLuckyInternationalCircus and our venue partners. Please monitor the “Venue Info” links on your event page for venue policies, including health and safety protocols, which are subject to change. You can also contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

• What should I wear to the show?
  Come as you are! All Feld Entertainment shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Kids under 14 are welcome to wear their favorite circus look, but costumes aren’t permitted for guests 14 years and older. So, we kindly ask that you leave the trapeze outfits at home, mom, dad, grandma and grandpa!
• Can I bring a camera?
  Yes! You don’t want to miss these moments! We welcome guests to capture their friends and family enjoying the show, but professional photography and videotaping are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the show. Camera policies differ from venue to venue so be sure to check your local venue’s policy. Unless otherwise indicated, all in-show content is copyrighted by Feld Entertainment and/or its licensors, all rights reserved. No footage of our events, either still image or video, may be used for any purpose other than personal use. Therefore, reproduction, modification or retransmission in any form, by any means, for reasons other than personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Which personal items/types of bags are allowed into the arena or stadium?
  Please contact your local arena or stadium’s Customer Relations team regarding their policies. Our shows follow their guidelines regarding items allowed into the complex. If they, by chance, direct you back to us, please review their policies online or ask them about the items in question.

Tickets

• When is lucky International Circus coming to my city?
  We wish it were TODAY! For the most up-to-date schedule information, visit us here. This site only displays confirmed performance dates, but new cities are being added every day. We highly recommend making it officially official and becoming a lucky International Circus Insider to be the FIRST to know when tour dates are announced. Plus, behind-the-scenes tidbits and extra special offers!
• How can I purchase tickets?
  First off…YAY! We can’t for you to join us at The Greatest Show On Earth. Now that you made the best decision of your life, it’s time to lock in your seats. Click here and use the search function to find out when Ringling is coming. If your show is on sale, click on our “Buy Tickets” button to order tickets. You may also contact your local ticket agency (e.g. Ticketmaster or Tickets.com) or their outlets, or visit the arena box office. To purchase tickets the day of the event, please go directly to the arena box office.
• At what age does a child require a ticket?
  Children of all ages are welcome, but all children two years and older must have a ticket. Children under two are free as long as they’re sitting on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
• Do you offer any special ticket pricing for large groups?
  The more, the merrier! Group tickets are available in select markets. Check availability by going to our Tour & Tickets page to find the show happening near you and look for the “Group Sales” section for details on who to contact.

• Are you honoring Baby’s First Circus certificates?
  Any Baby’s First Circus certificates registered prior to January 2017 will be honored in person at the venue Box Office while tickets are on public on sale. Additional tickets can be purchased with the Baby’s First Circus voucher. The Baby’s First Circus vouchers are not valid on premium seating. Please check venue box office hours prior to arrival.
• What if we have tickets and are not able to attend?
  Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and refunds may be available, as necessary. Events that are cancelled without being rescheduled are eligible for a ticket refund. Many ticket sellers such as www.Ticketmaster.com allow fans to sell their tickets to other fans who can attend. Insurance on tickets may also be available at the time of purchase and we recommend that you contact your ticket seller to confirm insurance was added to your online ticket order so they may better assist.
• I am buying tickets as a gift for my family and I wont be attending. Is it possible to transfer tickets to my family?
  We recommend contacting the ticket seller you purchased from to better assist with your online ticket and experience transfer of tickets.
